To ensure MCS compliance the minimum requirements for the company records section are five reports. These reports should be current and up-to-date and generated after any changes are made. The reports are as follows.

  • Health and safety plan
  • Quality management manual
  • Employee list
  • Equipment list
  • QMS quarterly meeting

Subcontractor contract (optional if you are using subcontractors)

In addition you need to upload any employee certification documents to the employee record.
